Spine n Sole Haven Inc. stands behind every product that we sell.  That is to say, if you purchased a product from us, and consider returning it for any reasons, you may return it for a 100% refund of the purchase price, less shipping, the following conditions apply:

Products must be returned in new and unused condition and must include any and all product packaging, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards and or accessories. 
Returns must include customer’s complete name, address, phone number and explanation as to why the product is being returned.
All products must be returned within 10 days of receipt or a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Spine n Sole Haven Inc. reserves the right to change our return policy at any time without incurring any obligations to make the reserved terms applicable to products previously sold. 
This return policy is not valid for special order, personalized or custom made products.
For hygienic reasons, personalized items, such as socks, insoles and creams will not be accepted for returns or refund once it is opened.

Exchange
Defective/Damaged Items- It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item for any defects or damages caused during shipping. You have 5 business days from the day you received your order to contact our Customer Service Department by phone or by email and we will be more than happy to exchange the item for you.

Cancellations
Once the shipment has been confirmed, the cancellation will be treated as a return. All cancelled transactions with credit card purchase might assess additional fees, if the credit card companies have a fee associated with reversing charges.

All returns/exchange/cancellation items are subject to inspection by Spine N Sole Haven Inc. to ensure that the items are in its original, “new” condition and the defective/damages items, are not due to misuse or unauthorized alterations. All items must be in its original packaging with the manual and all accessories. All items shipped back to us must have an authorization number (RMA#) to be accepted by our receiving department. You may contact our Customer Service Department by email customercare@spinensolehaven.com to obtain the RMA#. Spine N Sole Haven Inc reserve the right to make amendments in this Return Policy at any time without prior notice and its decision is final.

We, at Spine N Sole Haven Inc., may collect information such as: your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card information to fulfill your order or purchase. We are committed to protect our customers’ personal information, and do not share with others. When you contact our customer service department, you may be asked for your name, address and phone number so we may better assist you in any questions or concerns that you might have. We are committed to providing appropriate security controls to protect personal information we have about you. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.

Security Policy
Spine N Sole Haven Inc uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for secure transmissions. SSL applies encryption between two communicating computer systems, such as your PC and our corporate Internet server. When your data is transmitted over the Internet, it is encrypted or "scrambled" at the sending end and then decrypted or "unscrambled" at the receiving end. Shipping Policy
We, at Spine N Sole Haven Inc charge standard shipping at your cost.  Once your purchase is made, your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping normally takes 5-15 business days via ground delivery within Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Warranty Policy
We, at Spine N Sole Haven Inc provides the following warranty for products sold in Canada for residential use only (Commercial use is not applicable)
Excluding:
Normal wear-and-tear on upholstery.
Improper use on product.
Unauthorized alteration or tempering.
Caused by accidental misuse.

5 YEAR WARRANTY for OTO massage chairs* under the following conditions
1.        Parts & labor covered on the 1st year
2.        Labor covered only for 2nd to 5th year, parts at customer’s cost but will not exceed $99.00 in general conditions
